The Daily Draft is the programme I write for the gym, dropped in your inbox every morning. You get the WOD, the stimulus, and how to scale it. You do not need to think about what to train. You just train.
The Private Brief is one-to-one. We talk about your goal, your kit, your week, and I write a brief built around it. You send me your numbers, I adjust. It is the closest thing to me standing next to you without me standing next to you.

I coach the Transformation. Twelve weeks, start to finish, with a plan that moves as you do. Every Sunday you get the week's brief: the sessions, the weights, the targets, and the why.
Video form-checks are coming in the app, so you film a lift, I watch it, and you fix it before it becomes a habit. Beginners welcome. I have coached people who had never picked up a barbell into a confident, strong, conditioned twelve weeks later.
The 12-Week Transformation
£899 for the full twelve weeks. One weekly brief, your numbers tracked, form-checks in the app, and a coach who reads what you send.
There is a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. Start it, and if it is not for you inside the first 7 days, you get a full refund. After that the programme is non-refundable, because by then you have the plan and the work is yours to do.
