Yes. The daily WOD drop costs nothing. No card, no trial, no catch. You get the same workout the gym is doing that day.
How often will you message me?
Once a day, about 60 seconds before the first class. One message, the WOD, the scaling, done. We do not send anything else.
How do I stop?
Reply STOP at any time and you are removed straight away. No questions, no win-back messages. That is your right under GDPR and we honour it.
