Terms
The rules of the gym, written so you can actually read them.
Last updated 12 June 2026.
Membership
A membership gives you access to classes and the booking system under the plan you chose. Plans bill in advance. Monthly plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel a rolling monthly plan any time from your account settings; access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again after that.
Prices are the ones shown on the membership page at the time you sign up. If we change a price we tell you before your next renewal. You must be 16 or over to hold a membership.
Booking and the 2-hour cancellation rule
Classes have a fixed number of spots. Book your spot in advance through your account. If you cannot make it, cancel at least 2 hours before the class starts and your credit or place goes straight back into the pool for someone else.
Cancel inside the 2-hour window, or do not show up, and the booking is spent. On a credit-based plan that means the credit is used; on an unlimited plan a repeated pattern of late cancellations and no-shows may pause your booking ability so others can get in. The 2-hour rule is about giving the next person a fair shot at the spot, nothing more.
Referrals
Refer a friend and you both get a reward once they join and complete their first paid period. The referral credit is applied to your account and is not exchangeable for cash. One reward per new member. We may withdraw or change the referral scheme, but we will honour any reward already earned.
The 12-Week Transformation guarantee
The 12-Week Transformation is a paid programme with a satisfaction guarantee. You have 7 days from your start date to decide it is for you. If you tell us inside those 7 days that it is not, email hello@longshot.fit and we refund what you paid for the programme in full.
After day 7 the programme is non-refundable. The work is in front of you, the coaching is booked, and the spot is held. Show up and do the 12 weeks. We will hold up our end.
Your conduct
Train safely, scale honestly, and respect the coaches and the other members. We can suspend or end a membership for behaviour that puts people at risk or makes the room worse for everyone. Beginners are welcome; ego is optional.
Liability
Functional fitness involves physical effort and risk. You train at your own risk and should tell a coach about any injury or condition before class. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we tell you before it takes effect. Carrying on as a member after that means you accept the update.
