Train for Hyrox in 12 weeks

Hyrox rewards a runner who can grind. Eight kilometres of running broken by eight functional stations. Most first-timers under-train the run and over-train the stations.

Weeks one to four build the aerobic base and station competence. Weeks five to nine add compromised running, running straight off a station while your legs are full. Weeks ten to twelve sharpen and taper.

Come to The Long Game on the weekend for the long, heavy, together piece. It is the closest thing we run to race simulation.
